The Firm represents both the statewide organization of Texas telephone cooperatives and the nationwide organization of telephone cooperatives and provides full service legal representation to multiple telephone and electric cooperatives spread across the great State of Texas and is frequently called upon to apply its expertise on behalf of other electric and telephone cooperatives in complex and unusual legal matters (complex transactions and contracts, etc.) and to consult and provide guidance in member and media relations and in addressing political issues.
